How to apply to work with us?

There are 2 ways to apply and provide cleaning services via SPIC AND SPAN. Home & Office Cleaning Platform.

(A) You can fill in our online application form. The online application forms are available on our websites for each country. You may find them by clicking the links below:

(B) You can write an email to our Customer Support Team informing that you would like to start the cooperation with us. To apply via email, please use a relevant email for the country you would like to work in:

Please, note that we will evaluate and respond to complete applications ONLY. A complete application MUST include but is not limited to the following information: 

1. Name
2. Surname
3. Company name (if applicable)
4. Tax number
5. VAT number (if applicable)
6. Address (street, city, postal code, country)
7. Telephone number
8. E-Mail
9. What city would you like to cooperate with us in?
10. What is your cleaning experience (e.g. a number of years)?
11. What languages do you speak?
12. Do you have a car?
13. Are you able to provide items such as (1) cleaning solvents, (2) mop, (3) vacuum, and (4) ladder?
14. Scan of your tax number(s)
15. Scan of your liability insurance
16. Scan of your Police Check
17. Proof of being self-employed. A scan of a document which acknowledges that you are self-employed, freelancer or have your own cleaning company, etc.

• Submit a complete application
• Have more than 2 years of cleaning experience
• Positively pass the verification process (a session of test cleanings)
